Nu Self-Empowerment Nu means an exciting blend of primal essence and modern concepts. Self-empowerment means re-remembering that our greatness is within and we are radiant when we come to this knowing. We educate young women on how to do this by way of cultural dance expression, drumming, singing, art and crafting sacred tools, spoken word (voice power), journaling, story sharing, cultivation of leadership skills and much more! We create a safe space for self exploration into the dimension of “who am I?”

We know that when a young woman walks fully in her power, she will walk with high esteem and a knowing that she is beautiful inside and out. She trusts the voice of her intuition, respects her opinion and cultivates a reference point from which to govern her being and her affairs. |
