Nu means an exciting blend of primal essence and modern concepts, traditional meaning that we pay homage and recognition to those ancient sacred movements visioned by our ancestors. We blend our new inspired visions, creating new rhythms that are applicable in our day and time, meaning that we not only dance, sweat and have fun but we understand that we are balancing our energies on the physical, mental, emotional spiritual levels. Knowing that we are renewed after each movement we recognize that our rhythms are sacred medicinal movements that help us eliminate energies we no longer need and restore balance and wholeness in our being. These rhythms are imbued with intentions of health and wellness, clarity of the mind, forgiveness of ourselves and others, upliftment of ourselves and others, planetary peace and the list could go on. These movements allow our minds to expand and re-remember that within us lie infinite possibilities and we have all we need to fulfill our life’s purpose. |
